Whatsapp calls more than 200 million minutes in a day  

Whatsapp is used by 1.3 billion users worldwide. The company has launched several features to double the user experience. Recently a new feature group video call has been released. Under this, users can connect 4 people during the video call. Meanwhile, a report has come out that it has been said that WhatsApp users spend more than 2 billion (200 million minutes) in a day just waiting for Whatsapp.

Whatsapp said in a blog post that in the last few years, users have enjoyed video and voice calling. Users spend more than 2 billion minutes just wanting to make WhatsApp App in a day. In order to double the experience, the company group has brought video call feature. Also, the group calls are end-to-end encrypted. We have designed this feature so that it can work in the Slow Network too.

Whatsapp Approves Group Calling Feature:

Whatsapp has launched the Group Video and Voice Calling feature for its users. This feature has been made available for Android and iOS users. Under the new feature, 4 people can connect to a video or voice call simultaneously. According to Whatsapp, this new feature can work well even if the Slo network is available. Also, these calls will be fully encrypted.

Users can now buy general tickets for Indian Railways via mobile app. This service was started by the Railways last month. Since the service started in the country, Railways has sold more than 300 percent of the tickets through the app. According to the media report, Central Railway has sold 175 percent more tickets in June 2018 compared to April 2018. At the same time, Western Railway has sold more than 300% online tickets, which is a record.

Tickets from all the 200 railway stations in Delhi Division of Northern Railway can now be booked by the online app. This service has been started only a few days ago. Talking to the media, Divisional Railway Manager of Northern Railway RN Singh said, "People will not have to make long queues to book tickets due to the commencement of this service. Apart from this, every additional 5% additional bonus will be given to the travelers for recharging the railway wallet. Information about this has been given on the railway website. 

Let us know that the UTS App of Railways was launched in 2016. But, in the early days, travelers used it less. The reason behind this was the reach of the Internet and initially it was turned into limited stations and zones. Passengers also had to face difficulty in booking tickets.

1.  To avail this service, travelers must download the UTS mobile app in their smartphone from the       Google Play Store or Apple Store.

2. After downloading the app, users will have to register their mobile number with the app.

3.After this, you will need to enter information about the station to start your journey and the station to complete the journey.

4.You can then book tickets using railway wallet's other digital payment option.

5.Through this app you can book tickets at 20 meters from the railway station.

6.Apart from this, you will be able to book tickets on the day of travel through this app, that means that you will not be able to book an advance ticket. These tickets will be valid for 3 hours only.

According to railway officials, the passengers should have access to fast Internet access to make this application of railway well utilized. In the last two years, technical difficulties related to this were removed. Now travelers can book tickets easily. Now less time to book a mobile ticket looks like. If a product is bogus or a damaged, then the e-commerce portal along with the seller will also be responsible for it.

The company or the seller will refund the customer within 14 days upon arrival of the bad, inaccurate or broken items to the customer.

The customer's complaint must be completely resolved within 30 days.

According to the details given on the portal, the customer will have the right to return the goods if the goods are not available.

It will be necessary to give the seller's full address and contact number on the online portal. It is very important to put the complete information on the refund and replacement policy on the website clearly.

In the new bill the companies will have to guarantee to keep the customer data safe too. Also, there is a proposal to create a new Consumer Protection Authority under the bill.

Let us know that complaints against e-commerce companies have increased by 42 per cent over the previous financial year 2016-17. The government is going to take strict action due to these complaints. In addition to delays in delivery, wrong product, returns and replacement, complaints are also increasing day by day regarding refunds.
