कनेक्शन लेने के लिए आधार
की अनिवार्यता समाप्त कर दी गई
है। इस फैसले के
बाद से कई यूजर्र
अपने मोबाइल नंबर से लिंक किए
आधार को अन-लिंक
या डी-लिंक कर
रहे हैं। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं
कि आधार को अपने मोबाइल
से डी-लिंक करने
के बाद आपको एक बार फिर
से KYC (नो योर कस्टमर)
प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना
होगा। ऐसा इसलिए कि बिना KYC वेरिफिकेशन
के आपका मोबाइल नंबर बंद भी किया जा
सकता है।
सुप्रीम
कोर्ट के फैसले के
बाद से टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर्स
यूजर्स से आधार कार्ड
की मांग नहीं कर सकते हैं।
साथ ही, टेलिकॉम सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को यूजर्स की
मांग पर आधार को
डी-लिंक भी करना पड़ेगा।
ऐसे में यूजर्स को आधार कार्ड
के अलावा कोई अन्य आईडी प्रूफ सर्विस प्रोवाइडर के पास KYC के
लिए जमा कराना होगा। इसके अलावा भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण ने टेलिकॉम सर्विस
प्रोवाइडर्स से 12 डिजीट के आधार नंबर
को डी-लिंक करने
के लिए कोई एक्शन प्लान को सबमिट करने
के लिए कहा है। अगले 15 दिनों के अंदर भारती
एयरटेल, रिलायंस जियो और वोडाफोन आइडिया
को यूआईडीएआई (भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान पाधिकरण) के पास आधार
डी-लिंक करने का प्लान जमा
करना होगा।
यूआईडीएआई
के मुताबिक, इस ऐक्शन प्लान
को सबमिट करने की अंतिम तिथि
15 अक्टूबर निर्धारित की गई है।
इसके साथ ही, प्राधिकरण ने टेलिकॉम सर्विस
प्रोवाइडर को अपने यूजर्स
को आधार डी-लिंक करने
के लिए नोटिफाई करने का भी निर्देश
दिया है। डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ टेलिकॉम (डॉट)
के मुताबिक, आधार नंबर को मोबाइल से
डी-लिंक करने के बाद यूजर्स
को 6 महीने के अंदर KYC डॉक्यूमेंट
जमा करना पड़ेगा, नहीं तो यूजर का
मोबाइल नंबर डी-एक्टिवेट (निरस्त)
कर दिया जाएगा।
